With Generali since 2005, Alberto Agazzi currently serves as Head of Generali Real Estate International, overseeing the real estate investment and portfolio management activities in the USA, UK and APAC markets.

Prior to this role, he served for nine years as CEO and General Manager at Generali Real Estate SGR, managing the Pan European fund management

activities with an AUM in excess of 15 bln euro. Alberto joined Generali from Mediobanca, where he worked in Real Estate Advisory team. He began his career in Milan with an engineering company as Project Manager. A profound expert in the international real estate markets, over the years he served on the Board of Directors of several real estate private companies.

He received an undergraduate degree in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an

MBA from SDA Bocconi. Alberto is deputy Chairman of Assoimmobiliare, the Italian real estate association, and he is serving as member of the Management Board at INREV.

Paul brings 26 years of industry experience to the Firm and is a member of the Firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. As Chief Executive Officer of Europe, based in London, he leads the expansion of Harrison Street’s European strategies and is responsible for overseeing and growing the Firm’s team of professionals across the UK and Europe.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Paul was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer at Round Hill Capital, a real estate investment and asset management firm with a global footprint. While at Round Hill Capital, he managed a business with a $8+ billion portfolio as well as a team of 260 people across 15 offices in 14 countries. He has overseen investment and development projects, regulatory approvals, complex refinancings and capital raises in multiple European locations across a wide array of real estate asset sectors including retail, commercial, residential and student housing. Prior to joining Round Hill, Paul served as a Partner at Aggmore Group, where he was responsible for raising and deploying over €500 million of new capital and developed JV partnerships with European operators in the residential and commercial real estate space. Earlier he served as Chief Operating Officer at North Bridge Capital Partners Ltd. he began his career at KPMG LLP as a senior manager in the transaction services department.

Paul earned a BA in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Newcastle University. he is ACA qualified and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Peter Bingel is a Partner and CFO at Boreal IM. Before joining Boreal IM, Peter was at Blackstone for 12 years, where he was a Director in their finance team. Peter has over 16 years of experience in real estate and was the CFO of Blackstone’s UK asset management platform for 6 years. In his previous role, Peter led the implementation of best-in-class financial reporting to investors, compliance matters, and the provision of accounting supervision and structuring in relation to new acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and fund creation. Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Financial Management and Economics from the University of Sheffield

Marc-Antoine Bouyer is Head of Carlyle Europe Realty and is based in London.

Prior to joining Carlyle in 2016, Mr. Bouyer was a Managing Director at Blackstone, where he spent 10 years as a member of the European Real Estate group and contributed to a variety of acquisitions, disposals, financings, restructurings and asset management transactions with a total investment value of more than €4 billion. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Bouyer worked at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Bouyer received an MSc in management from HEC business school in Paris, where he majored in finance. Mr. Bouyer also holds a master’s in international management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).

Alice has been at JLL since January 2019 and previously led the Middle East desk at Cushman & Wakefield.
As Head of Distribution for Capital Markets, Alice oversees JLL’s global distribution capability across all direct and indirect product worldwide. Prior to her role as Head of Distribution, Alice was a Director in the International Capital Coverage team, working across all sectors and geographies to connect JLL’s European market and sector teams with the most active capital from outside of Europe.

Anthony co-founded Mirastar in 2019. He is responsible for
overseeing investment and development transactions and
building client relationships. He is a recognised leader within the
global real estate industry with strong connections to the
institutional world.

Previously, Anthony was CIO of Delin Properties where he
managed transactions and developed their third-party fund
management business. Before that, he was Global Head of
Transactions and Indirect Business at Generali (AUM €25bn).
Before that, he created and led TIAA’s European business and
grew its AUM to €3.5bn, after which it merged with TIAA’s
Nuveen (TH Real Estate).

Dr Alexis Crow is Partner and Chief Economist of PwC US. A global economist who focuses on geopolitics and long-term investing, she works with the world’s leading companies and private investors to understand and navigate key macroeconomic dynamics impacting their business, strategy, and capital allocation decisions. In her remit, she covers Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and North America. Dr Crow is a public speaker and frequent contributor to leading global financial publications and media outlets, including the Financial Times, the New York Times, Bloomberg, BBC, BBC Arabic, France 24, CNN, and the Washington Post.

In addition to her role with PwC, Dr Crow is a Senior Fellow at Columbia Business School, and also with the Observer Research Foundation in India. She serves as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Futures Council on Geopolitics, and she is a Young Global Leader in the World Economic Forum. Dr. Crow is a reader at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York. She also serves on the advisory board for Faith in Action in the World Economic Forum.

Prior to joining PwC, she taught at the London School of Economics; led a major policy research project at London UK-based think-tank Chatham House; and served as Managing Director at New York-based G2 Investment Group. Dr Crow holds a MA Hons First Class from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and an MSc and a PhD from the London School of Economics.

Lesley Chen Davison is a 25+ year investment veteran of the real estate industry having worked in the UK, Europe and North America across a variety of asset sectors, including housing, office, retail, hotels, schools, debt, distressed assets and lifetime mortgage products.

Lesley has significant experience in the housing sector given her 14-year career at Delancey where she oversaw all financing and was heavily involved with East Village and all Get Living investments and JV partnerships. She was COO at Telford Homes in 2023 - 2024 where she led operations and strategy during a period of restructuring post the September 2022 mini-budget announcement. While at Telford Homes, Lesley also built and led a 25-person remediation team in response to Telford's commitment to the Building Safety Agreement.

A proponent for innovation, Lesley took a short break from real estate prior to joining Telford Homes to take a role as Head of Strategy for GoSpace AI, a scale-up tech business. In her personal time, Lesley tries to play as much tennis as possible, and she is the proud keyboardist and violinist for the famed Built to Rock ("BTR") Band.

Heather Day is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate, based in London. She serves on PGIM Real Estate’s European Executive Council and sits on several company boards across Europe.

Heather joined PGIM Real Estate in May 2008 as part of the portfolio management team, in Global Merchant Banking, responsible for fund finance, operations, risk management and investor relations and latterly heading up Operations for London and Luxembourg, responsible for 10 staff across the two offices. In January 2015, Heather's role expanded into investor services, before being made European Chief Operating Officer in 2016. In 2023/4, Heather took on additional Chief Operating Officer responsibilities for the international business and global digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Heather was a senior fund accountant at Citi Property Investors, working on a range of pan-European opportunistic and core funds, and a fund accountant at ING Real Estate UK, focusing on UK funds and UK institutional investors.

Heather's career in real estate began in 2004 and over the last 16 years she has gained  experience in fund operations, finance and accounting, investor services and portfolio management.

Heather qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000, training with KPMG for five years in audit and forensic accounting. She graduated from the University of Manchester in 1997 with a bachelor's degree (with honours) including a year spent at Penn State University in the United States.

Mai-Lan de Marcilly (London) joined KKR in 2013 and is a member of the Real Estate team, in charge of France and hospitality. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. de Marcilly was at PGIM in London where she focused on pan-European opportunistic and value added investments across sectors. Ms. de Marcilly also spent time at LaSalle IM, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, and RBS in Paris and London. Ms. de Marcilly holds an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

Sebastian is the Senior Fund Manager covering the European Data Centre sector at Principal and is based in London having joined February 2017. Previously he was responsible for managing a pan-European logistics separate account and was the Assistant Fund Manager for the Principal European Core Strategy.
Prior to joining Principal, Sebastian worked in the Corporate Finance department of Telereal Trillium where he analysed M&A and current portfolio opportunities. Sebastian holds a Masters in Natural Sciences - Physics and Economics from Durham University and is a CFA® charterholder.

Prior to joining Amante, Kash was the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Four Seasons where he oversaw a team of fourteen professionals across the globe. He was responsible for a total of 35 pipeline projects while also overseeing any asset management projects with the existing portfolio. Prior to his time at Four Season, Kash was the associate director of the Transactions Team at Westmont, where he was responsible for the due diligence, negotiation and execution of real estate investments and their funding. During his time at Westmont Kash worked on over £1bn of hotel real estate transactions from 2009 to 2016

Justin Hildebrandt serves as Senior Managing Director, Head of Europe, for Affinius Capital where he is responsible for overseeing European operations and investments, including fund management and joint venture relationships. Justin is actively involved in Affinius Capital’s pan-European logistics joint venture, Mountpark Logistics EU Sarl, and its majority ownership of the Mountpark Logistics development company, where he previously served as its CEO and continues to be on the Board of Directors. In addition to the logistics businesses, Justin leads Affinius Capital’s growing investment activities in European purpose-built rental housing, data centers, and credit.

Prior to moving to Europe in 2016, Justin oversaw equity and credit investment activity for Affinius Capital in the Pacific Northwest of the US based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 2011, Justin was Vice President at Bentall Kennedy. Justin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Justin is a member of the European Logistics Forum, Young President’s Organization, and is a past Director of The Guardsmen, an all-volunteer organization that provides access to high-quality educational and outdoor activities for inner-city youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Hayley Holness is Head of Housing Investments, for L&G Institutional Retirement. Hayley is responsible for Institutional Retirement’s property investments, for existing origination channels as well as overseeing the expansion of the investment portfolio in the UK and internationally.

Hayley has over 18 years of property investment experience across various real estate sectors and strategies having spent time working in investment banking at BAML, private equity at Tishman Speyer and most recently as Head of Acquisitions and member of the Executive Leadership Team in the Investment Management Division of Lendlease. She was also a member of the CBI’s task force committee on Levelling Up.

Hayley holds a bachelors degree in Politics and Economics from Columbia University and a Master Degree in Latin American Sciences and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Eric Jansen is Managing Director at Eastdil Secured focusing on pan-European logistics transactions and has been at the heart of some of the world’s largest real estate deals over the past decade. With his over 20 years of real estate investment banking experience, Eric has managed and advised on transactions totalling more than €250 billion, ranging from platform M&A, multi-jurisdictional portfolios and platform trades to large single-asset deals.

Jan is co-head of the EMEA Real Estate Finance Group at Goldman Sachs. The team underwrites, distributes and invests/holds in direct and indirect real estate loan backed by commercial properties as well as loans against commercial properties across EMEA. Before joining GS in 2014, Jan worked at Citi, Merrill Lynch and Bank Of America in M&A, securitisation and real estate financing.

As Development Director, Sinéad is responsible for acquisitions and development management of a pan-European portfolio at Elva Ventures. With over a decade of experience, Sinéad has directed the delivery of over 12,000 PBSA beds across Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, UK & ROI, on behalf of various institutional investors. Following 6 years at Round Hill Capital, most recently as Head of Development, Sinéad has a strong background in pan-European development and governance implementation. Prior to her time at RHC she gained valuable planning, development and construction experience in the housebuilding sector at Crest Nicholson. Sinéad is a dual qualified Planner (RTPI) and Surveyor (RICS).

Andre is Co-Founding Partner of Digital Gravity Infrastructure Partners. He has invested more than $1 billion into mid-market growth digital infrastructure, building platforms in sustainable data centres, subsea fibre cables and small cell wireless networks.

Together with his co-Founding Partner, Thor Johnsen, Andre developed and executed the team’s innovative investment strategy to create a sustainable data centre platform in Europe centred on latency sensitivity, energy density and regional emissions reduction, building and growing a five-campus 200MW data centre operator across three countries.

Andre began his career at HSBC’s global asset management business, working in London and New York. He has focused on digital infrastructure for the past 8 years and served on the boards of data centre operators Verne Global, Ficolo and Volta, amongst others in the fibre and wireless space.

Originally from Australia, Andre represented Denmark in the Under-20 Rugby World Cup and now volunteers as a junior rugby coach and referee in London. He holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Helen oversees all UK assets for Inhabeo, a living sector platform working exclusively with KKR to invest in Core+ and Value Add investments across the UK and Europe. Specialising in Build to Rent and Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Inhabeo enhances value through strategic planning, sourcing, underwriting, development, financing, and active asset management.

A recognised expert in the living sectors, Helen is also the founder of Kings Residential, a boutique advisory firm, and former Managing Director of Touchstone, one of the UK’s largest residential property management companies.

In addition, Helen serves as Chair of the Association for Rental Living, collaborating with investors and developers to elevate the profile of the purpose-built living sector with government stakeholders. She is particularly passionate about proptech and its role in advancing property management and building strong living communities.
A Chartered Director, Associate of RICS, and longstanding member of the British Property Federation Living Sectors Committee, Helen has been named a Resi Trailblazer. She is also dedicated to mentoring parents returning to work through the Leaders Plus programme.

Stan joined Heimstaden in 2020 as a Managing Director. He is responsible for sourcing and executing residential investments, as well as portfolio management in Central Europe. Previously, he oversaw residential investments in Europe at Round Hill Capital. Before that, he worked as an investment banker on Goldman Sachs’ European real estate team in London. Stan holds a master' degree in Finance and Business Strategy from Sciences Pro University in Paris.

Wilson Lamont is a Partner and Co-Head of European Real Estate in Ares Real Estate. Additionally, Mr. Lamont is a member of the Ares Real Estate Global Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Mr. Lamont was a Partner at AREA Property Partners, where he focused on European investments. Previously, Mr. Lamont was an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on real estate investment banking. Mr. Lamont holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge in Land Economy.

Joanne McNamara is Executive Vice President – Europe of Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder. In this role, Jo is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s business across Europe. Jo is a member of Oxford’s Leadership team, Investment and Executive Committees, and most recently took up a non-executive role at ESR, a Pan-Asian fund management business. Jo was one of Oxford’s first team members in London, joining the European investment team in 2010, and over the past decade has contributed to and led many of the organization’s most significant investment and development transactions. Jo was most recently responsible for the operating performance of Oxford’s European business and leadership of the 40+ person European team.

Prior to joining Oxford, Jo worked in investments and development at leading real estate companies. Jo has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Honours) from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from the Oxford Brookes University and currently lives in London. She previously received recognition as a PERE Woman of Influence and received a 2021 PERE Award for European Industry figure of the year.

Paul Mortlock is Head of European Data Centre Capital Markets at CBRE.
He is an investment specialist with more than 17 years of experience, the last 7 being in data centres. Paul exclusively advises investors and operators on data centre M&A, sale and leaseback and investment transactions. Paul specialises in coordinating large M&A advisory projects, together with investment acquisitions and disposals, and preparing complex commercial due diligence reports.
Prior to joining CBRE, Paul worked in Shopping Centre Investment at Cushman & Wakefield, where he had in excess of 10 years' experience in real estate investment and valuation and has executed in excess of €3bn of real estate transactions.
Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has a Master’s degree in Real Estate.

Joanne Owen has extensive experience within the real estate market both nationally and internationally dealing with complex cross-border real estate transactions.

Joanne acts for a range of institutional investors and regularly acts for private equity sponsors and asset managers working across the entire real estate sector. Joanne has particular experience leading multi-practice teams on transactions relating to hotels and leisure related, structured corporate platforms, student housing, co-living, residential PRS, logistics, retail and office schemes.

Patrick J Saade is a senior leader at JLL with over 14 years of experience in the real estate sector and over $15bn of hotel real estate transacted across Europe, including a number of high-profile single asset and portfolios.

In addition to his European transactions responsibilities, he leads the group’s Global Hotel Desk ("GHD"), a specialised team of cross border investment sales professionals based in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe.

As part of JLL's GHD, Patrick leverages extensive expertise in international hospitality transactions and plays a pivotal role in positioning JLL as a leader in the global hospitality sector by collaborating with investors and owners globally to maximise the value of their hotel assets.

Patrick holds an MBA from Essec Business School and is fluent in French, Arabic and English.

Francois Trausch is the global Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer of PIMCO Prime Real Estate and also serves as a Managing Director at PIMCO. With over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate sector, he joined the company in 2016, previously known as Allianz Real Estate. He was CEO of Asia Pacific at GE Capital Real Estate International and President & CEO of GE Capital Real Estate Japan.

Francois Trausch’s earlier roles included Development Manager at Tishman Speyer Properties in New York and Berlin and Associate Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs in London. Trausch is a thought leader in the industry and a ULI Global Governing Trustee. He holds a degree from ESCP Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tim Walton is a Senior Vice President of International Hotel Development for Marriott International.  Based in London, he currently oversees a team of 13 executives responsible for the development of all Marriott’s brands across the northern, western and southern regions of Europe (primarily through means of management and franchising contracts).  He also has EMEA-wide responsibility for the development of the Design Hotels brand (through means of affiliation contracts).

Before re-joining Marriott in 2005, Tim spent four years as Vice President of Hotel Development, Europe, with Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts.  Prior to that (between 1997 and 2001), he worked with Marriott’s Development Planning and Feasibility group and was responsible for a wide variety of market and feasibility studies across the EMEA region. 

Tim has also held positions within the fields of consultancy (with industry experts Horwath and BDO) and on-property sales and marketing.  He is a graduate of the University of Surrey where he is a regular guest lecturer.  He is also a member of the University’s Surrey Business School advisory board and a frequent speaker on the hotel industry conference circuit.

Jenny is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management of Sunrise Real Estate.

She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of Sunrise and the asset management activities within the portfolio. She also serves as a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Sunrise, Jenny was a Principal in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone, where she worked in the New York and London offices from 2012 to 2021. While in New York, she primarily focused on new residential and logistics investments across North America. After moving to London in 2019, she shifted to focus on real estate asset management activities on the logistics and residential investments across Europe. She also spent six months in Beijing working with China Investment Corporation in 2014, and upon returning to the New York office, she played a key role in facilitating various transactions between U.S. and China.

Jenny graduated magna cum laude from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Michelle Weiss is Head of Hotel Properties at Aareal Bank AG, one of the leading debt financing providers within the hospitality industry. The bank currently holds a portfolio of around €12 billion of hotel financing in more than 20 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. Aareal Bank’s hotel team, which consists of twelve hospitality professionals, focuses primarily on lending to first-class hotels in prime locations as well as portfolio transactions.

Prior to that, Michelle Weiss was a Senior Associate at HVS Hodges Ward Elliott, focusing on the sale and financing of hotels as well as operator selections. She joined the team from HVS Madrid in 2007, where she conducted feasibility and market studies and performed hotel valuations for major hotel clients. Ms. Weiss is a graduate from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management.
