Phil Cyburt, a Managing Director with A&M CapRE™, brings more than 26 years of experience as a corporate real estate executive. Mr. Cyburt has gained over US$10 billion in real estate experience as a senior executive responsible for national and international corporate real estate and development portfolios. A summary of the key real estate positions he has held is as follows:

- 2003 to 2009: Co-Founder and ManagingDirector, Cyburt Hall Partners
- 1997 to 2003: President, Boeing RealtyCorporation
- 1990 to 1997: President, McDonnell DouglasRealty Corporation
- 1987 to 1990: Director, Tishman Realty and Construction, Inc.
At Lehman Bros. Holdings, Mr. Cyburt is responsible for the oversight of the Chapter 11 estate’s US$23 billion real estate portfolio, including special servicers and 250 asset managers. At Cyburt Hall Partners, a real estate investment and advisory firm based in Los Angeles, Mr. Cyburt acted as a managing member for approximately US$250 million of real estate investments and he served as interim CEO of Real Estate for GenCorp, Inc, a publicly traded aerospace and defense contractor, from 2005 to 2006. At Boeing, Mr. Cyburt was responsible for directing the company’s global real estate portfolio (which consisted of US$9 billion in assets, comprising 125 million square feet in 26 states and 63 countries) and all phases of real estate operations. At McDonnell Douglas, he also served as the lead executive of McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation, which serviced, restructured and/or foreclosed on a US$750 million commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Mr. Cyburt holds a bachelor's degree from Chapman University and attended graduate courses at Chapman University, Pepperdine University (Executive MBA Program) and the investment real estate certificate program at University of Irvine.
