Jack Taylor

Mr. Taylor is Managing Director and Head of the Global High Yield Debt Group for Prudential Real Estate Investors. He has 24 years of experience in real estate finance and debt investing. A pioneer of the commercial real estate capital markets, he was a leader in the creation and development of the CMBS market in the 1990s.
Before joining Prudential, Mr. Taylor was Co-Founder of Five Mile Capital Partners LLC; Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for the Americas and Europe at UBS; Head of the Real Estate Group at PaineWebber and served on the firm’s Operating Committee; Head of the CMBS and Principal Commercial Mortgage businesses for Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc.; and, an attorney in private practice in New York City.
He holds a law degree from Yale Law School, a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois.
